Where are your servers located?
All game servers run in Australian data centres, so players around the country get low ping. PLACEHOLDER: confirm exact locations.
What's the difference between Shared and FlexiNode?
Shared plans share the machine's processor with a few other customers to keep the price low. FlexiNode gives you processor threads that nobody else uses, and lets you split one plan into several game servers.
Can I change my RAM later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the client area at any time, and the price adjusts from your next bill.
How do backups work?
Every server includes one backup slot for free. You can add more slots when ordering or later on.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. The control panel gives you full file access and one-click installers for popular mod loaders. PLACEHOLDER: confirm supported installers.
How quickly is my server ready?
